Have you thought about breaking up your archive?

Have you thought about breaking up your archive?

I've evolved to using separate PST archives, by date range, so no individual PST is larger than will fit on a single CD, about 650 MB. My archives go back to 1996, and in the heaviest periods of use I could only fit about three months of data in one ...

I installed Version 1.3 and was able to synchronize OK, however, when the program was done I got the window that says, "Synchronize Complete" and I clicked OK. Then another window opened that said, "Mapi Error: 80040107" - I clicked OK, and then the Source window (with the local PST) was blank ...

Thanks for providing the previous version. I'm on the road the rest of the week so I won't be able to try it until this weekend or early next week. I'll post my experiences.

Where can I get the older version 1.32?

I too am now getting various access violation errors using:

- XP Pro on one machine, XP Home on another, both are current with all Microsoft automatic updates

- Both have Outlook 2003

- EZOutlookSync Pro v. 1.4

Where can I get the older 1.32 version?

Thanks,
Mike Pryslak

1. Start the program.

2. I see two windows. The one on top is titled, "Synchronization wizard" and is asking me what I want to do: a) Synchronize between several Outlook files, b) Make backup of all your current Outlook data or c) Restore the backup data. There's also a check box to "Don't show ...

I just realized that this problem affects the Outlook user interface as well (I originally thought it only caused problems for users of my unmentioned Outlook enhancement program, but now I see it affects all Outlook users since Outlook sorts by the Received date/time field as well.)

I haven't ...

Only synchronize selected folders

When a new profile is created or opened, none of the folder checkboxes are selected. However, if run, the program will synchronize all the folders - even though none are selected. Shouldn't all the folders initially be selected to indicate that all the folders will be synchronized?

It's confusing ...

Received Date/Time values not synchronizing

I installed and purchased the program today. I think I'm going to like it, and I look forward to years of easy synchronizing.

Unfortunately, I've found a small bug. Outlook messages have three date/time fields: Sent, Received and Modified. (Open any message in Outlook and choose File, Properties ...

Add support for password-protected shared folders

I use [skipped] for non-PST files. It has a nice feature you may want to consider that allows usernames and passwords for network drives to be stored with the synchronization profiles, so users don't have to first log in to the network drives before synchronizing.

Add support for password-protected PSTs

Considering the sticky topic, Outlook failed to add the personal store to this session, please add support for password-protected PSTs.
