You mentioned uninstalling and reinstalling, but you did not mention that you deleted the EZOutlooksync folder under Program Files. That is a necessary step. EZOutlookSync was syncing properly between my desktop computer and my tablet PC, and then out-of-the-blue I started getting the infamous Access Violation error.
