Hello Noel,

we have been trying to reproduce the problem, so far unsuccessfully. Are only contacts or calendar items get lost?
Do you notice any repeating pattern...? Any information would be appreciated...

the most common mistake is choosing the wrong (empty?) files for synchronization...

the connection is made over local area network, thus no encyprtion is needed.

Hello Tom,

there is no need to rename file from the point of application. You will be able to differentiate between PST file because of the path to the file will be visible as well (and as they are on different computers, the paths will be different)

Hello,

unfortunately, OST is absolutely another type of file (Exchange offline storage), thus EZOS can't synzhronize it unfortunately...

Most often this error indicates that the Outlook file you are trying to add to EZOS is locked. Please make sure Outlook.exe is not running on the machine where this PST is located and you have full read/write access to the file

Hello,

are you using Pro or standart edition?
Are there any error messages during synchronization?

Instead of choosing the target PST file, you can create a new one from the same dialog (just type a new file's name) and try to synhronize into this file...(one-way sync)

Backup lists the files which are added to your Outlook profile. Please Open Outlook, Open this PST file and close Outlook. Now the PST as added to Outlook profile and should show up in the list.

Hello,
it should work, you are doing everything right. Once you enter an appointment, make sure you close Outlook and try to sync.
