When I try to sync in Win 10 I get a "cannot find PST files" on trying to match. the folders are pointed correctly on both sides.

What's your MS Office version and edition (32-bit or a 64-bit version)? What's the program version and edition (Pro or Standard one)? Thanks.

Please try to set Outlook as default mail client. Follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu in MS Outlook, click Options, and then click the Other tab
- Under General, select the Make Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar check box

Will that make any difference?

Actually I had already done this. There is a strange new twist in Windows 10 that I have inquired about and received no response. They will let you set the default program for mail to Outlook, but not the default calendar. No idea why other than they are trying to push everyone toward Office 365, a place I do not want to go. This little twist might have something to do with it.

if you check the checkbox in options it will let that stand. But if you try to click the default programs button it refers you back to the settings link in Windows 10. That is where they will not recognize Outlook for calendars. No idea why you cannot get to the PST files on both sides of the links, but you cannot.

Robert, we think we know the cause of the problem. Will try to fix and release a new version. I'll post any updates here. Thanks!

I had one other issue that was resolved with the next release, so I think this is buttoned up. Is there a way to sync the rules? one gap seems to be that a rule created on one computer does not transfer to the other in a way that is accepted as valid. Or, is there a way rules should be created to make them transferrable?
