Access denied Map error 80070005

I have limited time between hospital stays (leukemia) so I need fast service, please.

Before my last hospital stay (started last of December) I could use EZOutlook by coordinating my laptop and my desktop.

I was in the hospital for a month using my laptop. After getting out several days ago, I have been trying to sync the laptop with my desktop. I keep getting a message saying

"Map Error: 80070005. File access is denied. You do not have the permission to access the file \\480037d956f7448\vaio Daysave\outlook\outlook.pst"

The latter is the address for my laptop. I am the administrator for both laptop and desktop.

I tried changing the name of the file without problem.

So I upgraded to Pro today and still get the same messages.

Hoping my purchase of Pro gets me faster service,

solved problem

I have accepted the notion that I wasted $50 on EzoutlookPro. I now solve my problem by copying the pst file from one computer to the other. And I have to be strict about using the desktop at home and the laptop on the road.

Maybe your PST file was locked by some other process.

P.S. I am also using Pro version on my notebook and desktop PC without any problems.
