MAPI Error: 80040116

I am receiving the above error when I first try to do a sync each day. I have made sure that Outlook is closed before trying the sync. Any ideas?

Please try to do the following (in order of importance):

1. Close Outlook.
2. Make sure that the PST file is not being used by any other program
3. Run the Unlocker tool: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

If none of that helps, please mention your OS, Outlook, and EZOS versions. Thanks.
