've just repaired my PC's (changed DIMM) and EZOutlookSync Pro no longer works. From reading this forum, this is apparently due to "anti-piracy" measures.
It's Sunday and I need to synch my laptop to my desktop for my business. I can't do it, I cannot call anyone and the program I HAVE PAID FOR doesn't work. And software developers wonder why piracy thrives!
Is this what you call customer service, is it just incompetent programming or are you just happy to take money for a product that might work occassionally?
A honest answer would be appreciatted.
