How long to get email for permanent key?

My EZOutlookSync just indicated "My Temporary Key Has Expired"

I purchased it in January (Order ID - E011706409354)

How long does it take to get an email response with the "permanent" key?

Also, Why does it stop working until I get the new key? Why can't you allow it a grace period to run while you respond to the email?

I depend on this tool and it makes me angry that your poor attempt to stop pirates is killing your good paying customers.

It normally takes no more than couple of hours. Please PM me (or e-mail our customer support team at ezsupport[at]ezoutlooksync.com) with your hardware ID number and we'll issue a permanent key to you right away. Sorry for possible inconviniences.

Ihave the same problem and have emailed support 3 different times with no response. What is going on?? :(
