Copying backup to flash drive

I just downloaded the software for a flash drive. The download was successful as was the backup. Now I need to put the backup on my flash drive. The help file on the menu bar doesn't connect to your internet site.

You should run the program from your flash drive. In this case the backup will be created where desired. Thanks.

I copied the file that EZ Outlook created from my desktop to the flash drive then took the flash drive to my laptop and tried to open the flash drive file from File/Open in Outlook. It does not want to open. Now what? Also, Why am I unable to connect to the online help files?

You should be running EZOUtlookSync Portable directly from the flash drive.
