Cannot get anyone to answer my inquires

I paid the $20 to upgrade to EZOutlookSync but I have not received the new key. The order was placed on 11/9/05. It is now 11/15/05 or 6 days ago. Why haven't I been given the proper key??

Well, actually today is the first day that I have gotten a reply. I have replied to the email and we will see.
