All Day events one day off

Post by davejohns1 »

When I sync between my Outlook and Phone it all works great -- except that my all day appointments show up one day late on my phone. Anyone know the problem? Thanks!

Please mention your Windows OAS and Android OAS version numbers. Thanks!

Windows 10 Android 6.01

I've now also noticed that every time I sync a new calendar is added -- so now I have 10 new calendars in my calendar list -- but they are all the same.

I have the same issue. Windows OAS 2.0 and Android OAS 2.3, with Windows 10, Outlook 2010, and Android 4.4.2.

davejohns1, I mean Windows Ooutlook-Android Sync and Android Outlook-Android Sync version numbers. We need to be sure you're using the latest ones.

orchidpop, please specify which issue - the one with all day events one day off?

Admin, yes, I was referring to my all day appointment appearing on Android one day later. And there wasn't a time change; I did the entry just in the last week. And I did not move to a different time zone.

Thanks, please mention time zone settings as for your PC as for your Android device. Will try to reproduce the issue on our side.

Sorry, I don't see the "Pacific TIme, UTC-8" time zone on Android. Could you please forward us a screenshot with "Date & Time" Android settings?

Sorry. On the Android, it is set to automatic date & time and automatic time zone. The greyed out time zone is set to GMT-07:00, Pacific Daylight Time.
