Not syncing with new phone

I've been using O-A Sync successfully with different Samsung phones, but I've now changed to a new Huawei Mate 9 running Android 7.0.

The phone connects to the Windows PC and then hangs. The PC doesn't show the usual connection prompt with a new device.

Can you advise please?

Confirm the problem with some Huawei devices running Android 7.0. Will try to fix ASAP.

And the new Android version of Outlook-Android Sync is live. Please update and let me know whether it works for you now. Thanks!

Yes, that has fixed it. Thank you very much!

BTW, I still get the Oops! message after a successful sync. It doesn't stop me using it, it just doesn't look very nice.
