MAPI Error 800004005 - New Install

I just installed on an XP machine. When I attempt to start I get Mapi error 800004005.
Any suggestions?

Yes, please try to do the following (in order of importance):
1. Close Outlook.
2. Make sure that the PST file is not being used by any other program
3. Run the Unlocker tool: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
