Access Violation at address 00000054

I tried to sync my files today after a hiatus of a few weeks. Back then I received an Access Violation error message. I emailed tech support. The advice was to reinstall EZOutlookSync in a different directory; also to reinstall Outlook. Guys, I am definitely not going to reinstall Outlook! And I did not uninstall/reinstall EZOutlookSync so far. Today's sync attempt ended with the same access violation message, just a different address.
This seems to be an ongoing thread in this forum; nothing new for tech support. Unfortunately, I have not seen a solution posted. May be I overlooked it somewhere.

Any help would be appreciated.
