I have installed the software but when I run it it comes up with the error "Server execution error" and fails to boot up. I have uninstalled & reinstalled but without any success- any ideas?

Hm...can you make a screenshot of the error and send it to us? So far unknown which application layer gives such error, either Outlook, or key licensing system.
