Add support for password-protected PSTs

Considering the sticky topic, Outlook failed to add the personal store to this session, please add support for password-protected PSTs.

I am testing the demo version. It compares very favorable to SynchPST. If you add the ability to synch password protected pst files it would be a much better value than SynchPST!
