You may choose which Outlook/Office 365/Exchange Server data and from which folders to synchronize by clicking on Tools -> Options. Please note that calendar and contacts data will be synchronized with native Android Calendar and Contacts apps, while tasks and notes with built into the Android version of Outlook-Android Sync corresponding modules.
When the "Synchronize deletions" option is enabled, Outlook-Android sync will delete items from the opposite side whenever it detects a deletion, keeping the two sync sides identical. Users often choose to turn this option off for 1-way synchronizations and keep it on for a 2-way sync.
You'll also be able to change the port number for synchronization in case another application is already using the default 21114 port on your PC. Note! Change this option only if the server status is other than Running (not green) on the main program's window.
